FAULTY PRODUCT​ FAQ

Product Acceptance and Delivery Conditions:

  • Our service consultancy center is our Tuzla warehouse.
  • Acceptance or rejection decisions about the products are finalized after the review of our service.
  • Our products delivered to our service by cargo or by hand are ready within 2 business days at the latest.​
  • Products that have been delivered by hand and whose processes have been completed are delivered in return for a "Fault Tracking Form".​
  • We are not responsible for products not received from our service within 90 days.
  • Products without a product code are delivered with a copy of the purchase invoice and warranty certificate.​
  • In cases where the products sent by cargo are damaged during transportation, a "Cargo Condition Determination Report" must be submitted to the cargo company.​
